Magic Moment: One of my proudest moments occurred when I visited the communities I helped design such as the Angus Glen and Cornell Communities in Markham and the Winston Road Community in Grimsby.

Next Big Challenge As An Industry: Design needs to respond to this century’s disrupters such as climate change, the gig economy and AI as they impact the design of our communities. We need to commit to advance critical design thinking in addressing this matters.

On Championing Others… I believe on encouraging people to take ownership of their projects, to continue to learn and to go after opportunities as they present themselves.
